What You'll Do In this role, you'll have the chance to lead cross-functional teams in developing top-notch procurement strategies that support our business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: Crafting and implementing processes to establish a best-in-class procurement organization.
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop innovative strategies for assigned categories.
Driving the execution of category strategies, including supplier selection and financial analyses.
Negotiating contracts and ensuring compliance with established agreements.
Keeping abreast of market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Partnering with internal teams to drive commercial initiatives and improve supplier performance.
What You Need We're looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus.
