Job Description - Sr Solution Consultant-Healthcare

As a valued member, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our future success by providing crucial support in Employee Experience, Customer Workflow, and ITX Solution Sales. Working collaboratively with our Sales, Product Management, and executive teams, you'll have the opportunity to significantly impact the revenue trajectory of one of our premier products. This role calls for a hands-on technical consultant capable of delving deep into solution delivery and adeptly positioning solutions throughout the sales process. Responsibilities: As a Solution Consultant, you'll serve as a technical expert, proficient in developing, positioning, and delivering product-specific solutions to meet customer needs during sales cycles. Key responsibilities include: Supporting product sales as a technical and healthcare domain expert within client-facing sales teams. Leading discovery workshops to identify customer challenges and conducting product demonstrations to align our solution with their requirements. Addressing product feature and technical inquiries from customers, channel partners, and colleagues. Steering strategic programs within top accounts, including facilitating customer journey sessions for roadmap and outcome agreement. Providing valuable feedback to product management to enhance product offerings and address customer needs effectively. Sharing and learning best practices and reusable assets with fellow Solution Consultants to bolster team efficiency and effectiveness. Staying abreast of competitive analysis and market differentiation to ensure our offerings remain relevant and compelling. Supporting various marketing events, including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows. Qualifications: To thrive in this role, you should possess: 5+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience in the specific product area. Proficiency with the platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions. Experience collaborating effectively with product management, product marketing, partners, and professional services. Strong territory management skills, including pipeline building and fostering execution excellence in collaboration with Sales counterparts.
