Job Description - Supervisor, Integrated Behavioral Health Program
Join our team as a Clinical Leader in a collaborative care environment, where you'll serve as a pivotal member of a multidisciplinary team alongside primary care providers, psychiatric consultants, and behavioral health coordinators. Your focus will be on integrating medical and behavioral healthcare, leading program development, and ensuring quality initiatives meet patient needs. Responsibilities: Leadership and Program Development: Collaborate with the Medical Director and Leadership Team to strategize and plan program initiatives, with a focus on expanding and scaling our integrated behavioral health program. Develop streamlined processes to coordinate behavioral healthcare between primary care providers and referral services. Serve as the primary resource for integration and operational issues within the primary care setting. Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to design and optimize workflows. Establish and promote best practices for Behavioral Health in a virtual primary care setting. Ensure adherence to Behavioral Health contract requirements and regulatory standards. Clinical Supervision and Oversight: Lead the recruitment and training of Behavioral Health Coordinators, LCSWs, and Behavioral Therapists. Provide regular clinical supervision and on-demand consultation for the Behavioral Coordinator, focusing on clinical skills development. Manage and oversee the professional and clinical development of the behavioral health clinical team. Direct Patient Care: Provide direct care to a subset of patients enrolled in the integrated behavioral health program. Manage a patient panel composed of clinically complex individuals enrolled in the program. Coordinate mental health care with primary care providers and other treating mental health professionals when necessary. Requirements: Possess a degree and licensure in one of the following fields: Social Work (LCSW), Psychology (PhD, PsyD), Counseling (LMFT, MHC), or Psychiatric Nursing (RN), with at least 3 years of experience in primary care. Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or project/workflow development. Licensure in Georgia is required. Demonstrated experience in leading and developing behavioral health teams in an ambulatory setting, integrated behavioral health care setting, or virtual care environment. Familiarity with AIMS/Collaborative Care Model or other integrated models of care. Bonus Points: Experience training and supervising other professionals and/or paraprofessionals. Proficiency in crisis intervention skills. Experience working virtually with patients and colleagues. Proficiency in screening for common mental health and/or substance use disorders. Familiarity with various tech platforms used in virtual environments. Work Location: This is a remote/work-from-home role, with the opportunity to connect with teammates across our blended work culture. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Pay Transparency: Base pay for this role ranges from $73,600 to $96,600 per year, with additional employee benefits, up to 18 days of annual vacation grant, and annual performance bonuses.
