Technical Project Manager Senior

Job summary
The Technical Project Manager Senior is responsible for identifying and implementing multiple programs. They work with business partners and manage projects at least $1M in size or equal complexity. The position requires project management knowledge, skills, and techniques.

Responsibilities
• Manages the development of a prescribed planning document. • Develops project charter and communication management plan. • Defines project team roles and responsibilities and develops work plan structure and project schedule. • Leads project meetings and identifies scope changes. • Maintains project documents and secures appropriate skill sets. • Sets and manages expectations with resource managers and team members. • Provides performance feedback and resolves issues. • Tracks and manages time and budget against plan. • Develops testing strategy and conducts project close-out activities. • Participates in quality review and obtains necessary approvals.
Requirements
• Requires a BA/BS degree in Information Technology or related field. • Minimum of 7 years project management experience. • Experience in information systems, application development, or data warehouse planning. • Experience in creating an effective team environment and managing resources. • Experience working with project management, documentation, and reporting tools.
