• Days, Variable start time; Earliest is 4:30a; 40 hrs/week

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of current experience Laboratory Phlebotomist unless otherwise discussed by recruiter.
• NH license is required
• Minimum 2 years CURRENT Phlebotomy experience - RequiredASCP/PBT Phlebotomy Certification or equivalent - Required EPIC experience - RequiredTravel experience - Highly PreferredProfile Requirements: Cover page Work HistorySkills Checklist pertinent to position current to 1 yearLicense/Certifications as required by postingCONFIRMED WITH CLIENT - AHA BLS IS REQUIRED FOR THIS NEED. ALICE PECK DAY LAB NOW REQUIRES 2 SUPERVISORY SIGNED REFERENCES ONE REFERENCE EACH FROM THE LAST 2 TRAVEL ASSIGNMENTS OR WORK SITES AT TIME OF SUBMISSION! Along with feedback about the travelers' performance the reference information should include the following: travelers name position traveler held company name where the assignment was held the location of assignment contact name and title of individual providing the references contact phone number dates of the assignment.

Prior to start date you will need the following sent to the recruiter and credentialing:

• Resume without time gaps and education notated.
• References from 2 supervisors in past year (updated yearly).
• Two forms of ID; one must be a photo ID
• Photo for Badge ID without filters on white background
• Immunization Documentation; Covid, Flu (current season), HEP B, MMR, TDaP, Varicella
• Current Yearly Physical
• TB TEST; Two step or Quantiferon as requested by facility.
• BLS and any other certifications required of professional: AHA Preferred and often required
• Skills Checklist and Competency Exams
• Background Check and Urine Drug Screens are ordered after receiving job offers
• Credentialing will require other documentation.
• Must be fully credentialed prior to start date.
