Shift Notes: 12hr Days 36hr Guarantee. NOTE: WEEK BEGINS SATURDAY 7 PM AND ENDS SATURDAY 6.59 PM

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend/Holidays as needed

OnCall Requirements: No Call

Travel Policy: LOCAL TRAVELERS (within 50 miles of the facility) will be considered at a discounted hourly billing rate of 10%. This is nonnegotiable. To avoid delays in processing please provide the permanent address

** A THREESTRIKE RULE FOR ANY CALL OFFS WILL BE IMPLEMENTED AS FOLLOWS: After 3 calloffs a travelers contract will be eligible for termination due to lack of attendance at the Medical Centers discretion.

** Nicotinefree facility travelers do not have to be nicotinefree but cannot use Nicotine while at the facility!

** Travelers will be working with COVID19 patients at times.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• 3 Years CURRENT MS experience Required
• 5 Years of Nursing Experience Required
• BSN Preferred
• Sorian EMR experience Preferred
• Two Years of Previous travel experience Required

• Work History
• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 2 Signed References from a Supervisor (from within the past two years of employment)
• License: Must be uploaded with profile
• Certifications: Must be uploaded with a profile or listed in the profile that they currently have them
