Assignment Start Date: 3/20/2024

26 weeks Varied 812hour shift 36 hours guaranteed weekly

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• SNF experience preferred

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• An active unrestricted PT license from any U.S. State or Territory

Shift: MonFri

Vaccination: Covid test 72 hours before start date with results issued 48 hours before start date
