Job Description - Vice President, Healthcare Staffing & Recruiting

In this position, you will play a key role in fulfilling our mission and promoting our culture through your leadership and vision. You will report directly to our COO and lead our sales and recruiting teams in the healthcare vertical, ensuring strategic alignment with overall company objectives. Most importantly, you will leverage your sales experience to drive revenue growth, capitalizing on opportunities to secure new clients and expand existing client relationships.  Vice President, Healthcare Staffing & Recruiting Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and inspire a high-performance team of directors, managers, recruiters and salespeople, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement 
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth and expansion in the healthcare vertical 
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities alongside our sales team 
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and ongoing client satisfaction 
  • Oversee the recruitment process and strategy for non-clinical healthcare positions (revenue cycle, medical coding, administrative, customer service, etc.) 
  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching and support to achieve revenue targets 
  • Take charge of interviewing and hiring, ensuring that LaSalle Network continues to hire top sales and recruiting talent 
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, promote teamwork and establish a positive and results-oriented culture 
  • Take full ownership and responsibility for P&L of the healthcare staffing vertical 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations and changes, adapting strategies accordingly 
Vice President, Healthcare Staffing & Recruiting Requirements: 
  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • 10+ years of experience in the healthcare staffing and recruiting industry 
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience 
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing and developing high-performance sales and recruiting teams 
  • Demonstrated ability to create a positive workplace culture and foster team collaboration 
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to build and execute plans for business growth 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
