Weekend Medical Dispatcher/Courier

Dispatcher/Courier needed for 2nd shift.

Great for College Students, anyone looking for evening work.

Hours & Schedule - 3pm to 11pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday

Direct Express primarily specializes in the transportation and last mile delivery of healthcare products for the Hospital / Medical Industry. We offer Scheduled Same Day Service throughout North Carolina.

JOB SUMMARY:

Answering client calls, planning and scheduling pick-ups

Communicating with operations and responding to customer inquiries/complaints.

Evening dispatcher pick-ups and ensures timely delivery to lab/hospital.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent Customer Service and communication skills
• Valid Drivers license with clean driving record
• Excellent computer and data entry skills
• Skilled with Microsoft Windows and Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Well organized and must be able to prioritize
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Must be flexible and available based on staffing requirements; weekends
• Must pass criminal background screen and drug screen, vaccinations
• Excel and Google Map Savvy, know the area
• Fleet dispatching experience a plus
