Area General Manager Qualifications
- At least 5 years as a multi-unit hotel General Manager for a branded, premium select-service
- Proven track record of success in forecast/budget accuracy and revenue management
- Steady progression and good tenure
- Humble leader who promotes an excellent service culture
- Ability to travel within the selected region
Area General Manager Duties:
- Responsible for all hotel operations in the selected region
- Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
- Hire, train, schedule, and develop staff
- Conduct on-site hotel visits and ensure that operational plans and financial goals are met
