Job Description - Associate Sales Performance Management

***This role is based at our corporate office in Dallas, TX***

This is your chance to be part of an in-house Commercial Strategy, Insights, and Analytics team of consultants to key functions across Hilton! The team consists of both embedded authorities who serve as strategic advisors to key partners and technical specialists who are proficient in advanced analytics techniques and tools. As a Sales Performance Management Associate, you will support Hilton's Sales organization. On the Sales Performance Management Team reporting to the Senior Manager of Sales Performance Management (SPM), you will work as the primary consultant for the SCOUT lead referral program in the Americas region. You will also be responsible for promoting SPM’s mission to enable Hilton to achieve its sales goals more often by delivering programs, tools, and processes to help members of the sales organization improve their results. Integral to the success of this mission is the Sales Incentive Program.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • In collaboration with the Sr. Manager SPM, run the successful day-to-day operation of the SCOUT Americas lead referral program. Develop and refine systems, tools, processes, and communication that continuously aim to improve the overall health of the referral program and provide recommendations to SPM leadership on how to improve the program.
  • Craft and maintain comprehensive Scout program documentation, including end-user-facing terms and conditions, under the mentorship of the Sales Performance Management Sr. Manager.
  • Collect, consolidate, and summarize program results and information to produce data-driven insights and recommendations for future program improvement.  
  • Collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders, and vendor partners to support the success of other SPM tools and programs, such as the Sales Incentive Plan, ProfitSword Reporting, and Performance Accelerators.

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Identify potential risk areas in day-to-day operations and escalate to upper management as appropriate.
  • Participate in the development and refinement of systems, tools, processes, and communications that aim to enhance all areas of the SPM function.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • Administer the SCOUT lead referral program in the Americas
  • Contribute to the development of SPM program materials, including talking points, presentations, speeches, and other related duties.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of work experience in Hospitality.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Demonstrated customer service skills/orientation.
  • Travel up to 15%.

It would be useful if you have:

  • Experience working directly with or supporting Sales, Revenue Management, Marketing, or eCommerce.
  • Experience communicating with a broad group of internal stakeholders at all levels.
