Midas Hospitality is seeking an experienced Bar Manager to lead our growing team at the Residence Inn hotel located in Clayton, MO. This position will be in charge of the hotel bar and growing the customer base.

What You Will Be Doing :

• Set objectives and targets for the bar.
• Determine staff needs and recruit staff.
• Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
• Monitor and control budget and generate financial reports for the bar.
• Organize promotional activities.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• One to three years of supervisory or management experience
• Previous bartending or serving experience
