We're looking for a kind, hard working, and energetic individual to join our team as a Barista. This person will be providing thoughtful service to our guests and overseeing the needs of our Marketplace. They will be comfortable in creating positive experiences and delicious drinks. 

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

1. Maintain a professional presence in the marketplace at all times
2. Provide excellent customer service through accurate and efficient transactions while adhering to all cash handling policies and procedures
3. Provide quality coffee beverages consistently for customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
4. Complete pre, running, and post shift side-work duties
5. Ability to multi–task with the needs of the business and anticipate customer and marketplace needs by constantly evaluating environment
6. Receive marketplace deliveries, unload and organize stockroom. Restock all condiments, sundries, food and beverage items throughout shift
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times
8. Exhibit a pleasant, attentive and helpful attitude at all times
9. Adhere to all internal controls, policies, and procedures
10. Maintain regular and punctual attendance
