Director Of Human Resources

We’re in search of a highly motivated, people-friendly, organized Director of Human Resources to lead our HR department. You will oversee all aspects of employee relations including recruiting, onboarding, and training, play a key role in strategic planning and business administration, and ensure we are in compliance with the most recent employment laws. Ideal candidates are natural leaders, decision-makers, and team players. Hotel experience required. Responsibilities:

• Enact and implement human resources programs including benefits, compensation, company evaluation, and training
• Hold exit interviews with employees and record their feedback to optimize our policies and procedures
• Manage the relationship between employees and managers and advise on important issues such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment
• Help shape decision-making through data-driven recommendations on strategic planning, business administration, and the annual budget
• Find qualified candidates, interview top talent, and onboard and train new employees

Qualifications:

• Candidates should be excellent leaders and communicators with strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR management or related major
• Certified with the SHRM or a similar certification institute
• 3+ years as an HR manager, senior HR generalist, or in an upper-level HR position
• Hotel experience required
