Fairmont Gold Specialist

Fairmont Gold Specialists are devoted, empowered and engaged ambassadors that provide intuitive and elevated service by continuously observing, speaking to and learning from our guests and adapting their experience. You are energetic and confident, and will encourage your teammates to achieve and be positive.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting guests prior to their arrival to plan an unforgettable trip to Los Angeles.
• Warmly welcoming guests upon their arrival, escorting them to the lounge and then their guest room
• Engaging with in the lounge, providing attentive yet not overbearing service for breakfast, mid-day snacks, and evening sweet treats.
• Assisting guest with questions about the property, surrounding neighborhood, and of-property recommendations
• Providing genuine highly attentive service at every interaction

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in a a 5-star hotel as an asset
• A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus
• Proficiency with PMS and hotel operating systems is preferred
• Experience in a Food & Beverage operation an asset
• Fluent spoken and written English
