**Position Type:** Full-Time

**Compensation:**

$100,000 - $110,000 base salary + up to 20% bonus based on KPI performance

### **Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our hotel operations and manage our Food & Beverage outlets, including two restaurants, a bar, and a rooftop venue. The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and financial performance.

### **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Operational Leadership:** Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. Ensure smooth daily operations and an exceptional guest experience.

- **Food & Beverage Management:** Manage the operations of the two restaurants, bar, and rooftop venue. Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance the guest dining experience.

- **Staff Management:** Recruit, train, and supervise hotel and F&B staff. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork and professional development.

- **Financial Performance:** Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve financial goals.

- **Guest Experience:** Maintain high standards of guest service and satisfaction. Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally.

- **Compliance and Safety:** Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements. Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

- **Marketing and Promotion:** Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies to attract guests and increase occupancy and F&B sales.

- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the overall success of the hotel and its F&B outlets.

### **Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a strong background in Food & Beverage operations.

- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving revenue growth.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

- Knowledge of local market trends and competitive landscape.
