Southland Casino Hotel, owned and operated by Delaware North, features more than 2200 slot machines, live blackjack, craps, and roulette tables, simulcast wagering, and sportsbook. Our new hotel features 300 luxurious rooms and suites. Southland is located in West Memphis, Arkansas, only a short drive from downtown Memphis, Tennessee.

• Operate and maintain various cleaning equipment, such as shampooers, buffers, scrubbers, vacuums, and scissor-lifts, ensuring they are properly cleaned and safely stored at shift-end  
• Properly sanitize restrooms, windows, glass partitions, mirrors, and m aintain documentation on cleaning and maintenance activities  
• Perform repairs and maintenance tasks, including drape pull rods, bedframes, mattresses, lamps, and housekeeping carts, following hotel operating standards  
• Gather and empty trash, and follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment  
• Organize and maintain the hotel storeroom , manage inventory, and request supplies or equipment as needed, while reporting major repairs or additions to building systems  

• Minimum of 1 year of carpet and floor care experience required
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the hospitality industry preferred
• Working knowledge of various cleaning utensils, dryers, vacuum cleaners, tools, and fixtures
• Ability to make simple addition and subtraction calculations.
• Must have a valid driver's license

• Frequent walking and standing for the entire length of the shift
• Be able to lift up to 75 pounds
• Be able to push or pull up to 150 pounds
