Hotel Chief Engineer

Hospitality Spotlight is working with a client in the Midwest and we are looking for a hotel Chief Engineer.

The Work:

• Manage and lead a team at a Full-service luxury hotel

• Manage all aspects of the property operations department to include the proper operation, maintenance and repair of all heating, ventilation, refrigeration and mechanical equipment.

• Manage guest-room, public space and back of house maintenance program

• Leads by example at all levels of execution

What you’ve already done (requirements):

• 5+ years of experience as a Chief Engineer for a full-service luxury hotel
  

• Previous success managing a team at a lifestyle high volume hotel

• Working knowledge of: plumbing codes, electrical codes, national/local fire codes, local mechanical codes, water treatment program and (blueprints, plumbing and wiring) schematics

• Plus a few other position-related requirements.

Compensation: 

• Yearly salary base range of $90k - $100k
