Hospitality Spotlight is looking for a Hotel Director of Revenue Strategy for a client in northern California.
The Work:
- Provide leadership in the areas of Revenue Management (including distribution, revenue optimization, digital marketing, reservations, analysis, evaluation +)
- Identify new revenue opportunities and develop and deploy new strategies
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Optimize and expand distribution partnerships
- Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships
- Travel as needed
- Hybrid work opportunity
What you’ve already done (requirements):
- 5 to 7 years of experience implementing revenue management operations, procedures and best practices within a hotel environment
- Developed and deployed new strategies
- Experience repositioning a hotel
- Maintain knowledge of current economic conditions within the hospitality industry
- Experience with property revenue management with a focus on group, transient, and corporate
- Worked with luxury/upscale hotels
- Bachelor’s degree
- Must possess a track record of successful leadership
- Developed interpersonal, adaptive influencing and supervisory management skills
- Knowledge of online hotel reservation systems and revenue management systems +
- Additional duties as required by role
