Job Description - Hotel Front Desk Agent EMPLOYEE Housing Options Available

My Place - America's Newest & Best Hotels is hiring in Moab UT!

The front desk shifts we are looking for are 2 shifts (3pm-11pm) and 2 Night Audit shifts 11pm to 7am - Schedule will consist of 4 days a week but a 5th shift may be available as a mid shift during busy seasons. Days are flexible with the right applicant.

At My Place, our amazing team is the reason guests keep coming back! Our Front Desk staff are expected to do the following:

Be responsible for all functions of the Front Desk as they relate to the daily operations of the hotel.

Provide quality customer service and maintain a customer-focused work ethic that ensures guest satisfaction and exceeds the guests' expectations.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: communications with guests and associates, telephone operations, computer operations, reservations, report gathering and interpretation, cash handling, deposits, key issuance, laundry duties (including washing and folding linen) , maintenance of public areas, and protecting guest privacy and safety when within reasonable control of the position to do so.

Required to speak, read, and write in English, walk, stand, push, pull, carry, lift, kneel, read, and bend while performing the duties of this job. Also required to remain on their feet for long periods of time and to lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.

We have shared or private housing options available. Housing is dependent on employment with My Place Hotel, but allows you to work for other establishments that do not conflict with your scheduled hours.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: Starting at $16.00/hour and up DOE and housing needs.
