What does the ROLE entail?• Responsible for the oversight of Front Desk Hosts, guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions • Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations • This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. • Fast-paced environment that requires continuous standing • Other duties may include processing forms of payment, and responding to guest inquiries What will you get from US?
