What does the ROLE entail?

• Responsible for general maintenance and repairs in guest rooms, event space, and front of the house areas, as well as back of the house areas including kitchen, laundry, office space, electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to work within a team oriented environment
• Fast-paced environment that requires moderate amounts of walking and continuous standing
• This position will also perform preventative maintenance on major equipment and systems, using a Windows based computer system.
• Ability to read blue prints and schematics is preferred, along with basic troubleshooting skills
• Candidate must be self-motivated and have good communication skills

Qualifications

Your EXPERIENCE:

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate amount of weight
• Capable of standing for long periods of time
• Able to work efficiently in a team oriented environment
• Takes pride in a job well done
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays
• Must have at least one year of building maintenance experience, hotel environment preferred
• Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
