As a Line Cook in Dirty Rascal Italianato, you will be required to have general culinary skills and knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques. The right candidate is capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests' needs in a timely manner. On a daily basis, our cooks must monitor food production for quality and consistency, show care for the ingredients they are working with, and have a passion for making incredible food in an elevated kitchen setting.
