Description The Operations Supervisor - Front Office will lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. The shifts will be primarily 2ndshifts 3p-11p and could be a bit later on weekends (5P-2A, etc.) There may be some mid-shifts or 1stshifts but we don't anticipate many.
