Job Description - Hozpitality - Operations Supervisor - Front Office

Description The Operations Supervisor - Front Office will lead the agents whom are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. The shifts will be primarily 2ndshifts 3p-11p and could be a bit later on weekends (5P-2A, etc.) There may be some mid-shifts or 1stshifts but we don't anticipate many. Qualifications

  • First contact for guest concerns - Each hotel to set specific options for service recovery
  • Assists and ensure all training is conducted for all new Hotel Hosts
  • Completes daily host/manager checklist while on shift
  • Conduct daily preshifts to ensure clear communication of the day's events to all Hotel Hosts
  • Assist with coverage in other departments within the operations as needed
  • Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management
  • Inventory control of Hotel Host Stand supplies
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have at least 6 months of hotel experience (front office host)
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to stand for long period of time
  • Experience and a thorough understanding of Front Office operations
  • Must have flexible work availability to include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
