Our client, a hotel in Washington, DC, is seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Coordinator to support their team!

About You:

• 2+ years of professional experience; 1+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with ADP or a HRIS.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to be 100% on-site.

The Job:

• Support the HR team (HR Director and HR Manager) with all administrative duties.
• Act as the face of the HR department in the hotel.
• Interact with a diverse workforce (entry level to upper management).
• Assist with HR related questions, orientation, and benefits.
• Prepare documents, maintain filing, and complete additional tasks as needed.
