Key Account Coordinator

Seeking an experienced Key Account Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with a high-tech international company delivering innovative laser technology solutions to Automotive, Aerospace, Medical and Scientific research communities in Indianapolis, IN This position offers full benefits including PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, LTD, STD! Pay rate is between $35 - $40/h (based on experience) Generous 10k-15k relocation package (which includes 4-8 weeks apartment or extended stay hotel and 6-8 weeks car rental) for suitable candidates that are willing to relocate for the position Note: This is not a Sales role, more like customer service Responsibilities for Key Account Coordinator :

 

• Be a primary contact for Korean key account customers focusing on CBS equipment (Cross Border Sales)
• Work closely with Sales, Product & Project Management teams (PPM) overseas or in the US to understand delivery schedule, define scope of work and determine special equipment, customer requirements or expectations for technical service and spare parts at customer’s sites. 
• Keep all lines of communication open with customers and colleagues regarding potential delays, missing parts, issues etc.
• Visit ongoing installation projects to ensure quality, confirm schedule and resolve any potential issues.

Qualifications for Key Account Coordinator:

 

• 30% travel both domestically and internationally for training or customer support purposes.
• Four-year technical degree or two or more years of experience in project management, field service, repair or customer service preferred.
• Be fluent in Korean and English highly preferred
• Electrical and computer systems experience.
• Previous experience with robotics, lasers, automation systems or mechatronics preferred.
• Previous experience with hand tools and measurement tools required.
