  • This job is a member of the Employee Technology organization within the Corporate Technology department. The role provides end to end delivery and support within the Team Member Data Services Product.   
What youll do
  • Responsible for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of all solutions including development and operational support of current and future state data integration platforms
  • Lead, motivate and cultivate a high performing team environment including squad leads, business technology analysts, testers and developers   
  • Drive organizational structure, process, and cultural improvements that result in rapid delivery and consistent execution of IT solutions 
  • Liaison between multiple internal and external customers both within IT and the business unit embodying transparency and accountability with a focus on prioritization aligned to strategic objectives
  • Servant leader to direct reports who establishes personal relationships, facilitates growth and development and actively engages with the teams 
  • Collaborate with peers on leadership team to determine department strategy and vision 
  • Collaborate closely with direct manager to partner in carrying out strategic and tactical objectives in the organization
  • Ensure that sound agile project management, business analysis, quality assurance  and DevOps principle-based processes are in place and practiced
  • Commit to continuous learning and sharing of knowledge

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, or related field 
  • At least 5 years related work experience
  • 3 years of experience leading projects or teams, either formally or informally
  • 3 years of experience participating in delivery of solutions using agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Airline industry experience, including business process and supporting technology

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards with the ability to foster a team environment and to build relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to solve, and to lead others in solving, complex analytical problems 
  • Ability to be self-driven with a natural aptitude for engaging employees in multiple workgroups 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively and clearly communicate a strategic vision; ability explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
