Nurse Practitioners needed for In-Home Health Assessments (HRAs) Full-time traveling opportunity based in Washington Average of 30 assessments per week

Responsibilities
• Complete in-home health risk assessments • Conduct comprehensive physical assessments and review medical history • Perform medication reconciliation and provide basic patient education
Requirements
• Masters Degree OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP license • Active State NP license • AANP or ANCC board-certified FNP, ANP, ACNP, and/or AGNP • Current BLS certification • 12 months experience as a paid advance clinical provider
Key Skills Needed
• Nurse Practitioner license • Certification as FNP, ANP, ACNP, AGNP • BLS certification • Experience as a clinical provider
