• Cuts and portions different types of meat according to specifications
• Cuts and portions different types of cheese according to specifications
• Cuts and portions different types of fruits and vegetable according to specifications
• Assist with dishing out all food and or meals for airlines
• Read and follow 121 recipes correctly and provide correct proportions
• Use all equipment properly and safely
• Comply with all HACCP/GMP and 121 Group sanitation and proper food handling policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management

• 3+ year’s experience in a high volume food service with at least 1 year experience/exposure to menu research and development
• Flexibility to perform assigned tasks independently or as a part of a team
• Advance knife skills a must
• Must be able to work comfortable in cold kitchen 35F
• Minimum 3-5 years or work experience
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to deal with heavy workload
• Schedule flexibility a must (weekends and holidays)
