Job Description - Purchasing Clerk Receiving

The Hilton San Diego Bayfront is looking for its next Purchasing Receiving Clerk!

Our waterfront hotel has 1,190 guest rooms and over 170,000 square feet elegant indoor and gorgeous outdoor event spaces.
Rising above the San Diego Bay and steps from the Gaslamp Quarter and Petco Park, Hilton San Diego Bayfront is the signature SoCal resort. If you are a hands-on person who likes to get tasks done, this is the position for you. 


What will I be doing?

As a Receiving Clerk, you would be responsible for verifying the accuracy of and accepting all purchased products into the hotel to deliver an excellent guest experience and to maximize profitability. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Verify the accuracy and accept all purchased products into the hotel
  • Assist in the daily operation of the storeroom to include, but not limited to, receiving and placing products, reconciling received items to purchase orders to verify accuracy, rotating stock, conducting inventory and issuing and delivering items to departments
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, local and company regulations regarding storage, safety and sanitation

Wage Range: $18.28-$22.85
