Location: ChristianaCare Hopsital (Main) and Surgicenter - 4755 Ogletown Stanton Rd, Newark, DE 19718

Position: Registered Nurse, Staff RN

Unit Details: Operating Room/OR

• The Surgicenter is staffed to support 26 operating rooms.
• The daily caseload includes GU, GYN, OMFS, ENT, Plastics, Ortho, Neuro, Spine, Breast Reconstruction, Cancer, Colorectal, Thoracic, Vascular, Kidney Transplant, and many other services.
• CVOR RN will be responsible for open heart cases.

Shift Details:

• Rotating Shift: 7a-7:30p and 11a-7:30p
• 11a-7:30p (mid)
• 7p-7:30a (nights) - ask about sign-on bonuses for night shift!
• Full-time 36 or 40 hours/week
• Weekend Rotation once every 4th weekend
• Every 4-6 weekends will be on call (60 minute call report time)

Pay Details:

• Pay to be discussed in initial phone call with recruiter
• Varies based on experience
• Shift differential for weekends, evenings, and overnights

Qualifications:

• Delaware RN License
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• 2+ years of OR RN experience
• ASN required with a commitment to obtain BSN within 3 years of date of hire
• CNOR certification preferred
