Job Description:

As a Remote Flight and Hotel Reservationist, you will be responsible for managing flight and hotel reservations to ensure a smooth and enjoyable travel experience for our clients. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Booking Coordination:

   • Efficiently handle flight and hotel reservations, taking into account client preferences, budget constraints, and travel itineraries.
   • Utilize reservation systems and online platforms to secure the best deals for clients.

2. Customer Service:

   • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting clients with any travel-related concerns.
   • Ensure a positive and memorable experience for clients throughout the booking process.

3. Travel Documentation:

   • Verify and confirm all necessary travel documentation, including flight tickets, hotel reservations, and any additional requirements.
   • Keep updated on travel regulations and guidelines to provide accurate information to clients.

4. Communication and Follow-up:

   • Communicate effectively with clients to confirm bookings, provide updates, and gather necessary information for reservations.
   • Follow up with clients before, during, and after their travel to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.

5. Vendor Coordination:

   • Liaise with airlines and hotel partners to coordinate bookings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the smooth execution of travel plans.
   • Negotiate and secure favorable terms with vendors to benefit clients.

6. Remote Collaboration:

   • Work collaboratively with a remote team, utilizing communication tools to share information, coordinate tasks, and provide support.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in flight and hotel reservations or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems and online booking platforms.
• Knowledge of travel regulations and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Salary: Based on commission and performance $30,000 - $65,000
