The Problem Coordinator Senior is responsible for coordinating activities of a virtual support team, management, and engineering professionals focused on mobilizing, and restoring IT environment issues as quickly as possible. This position leads and facilitates meetings with peers, subordinates, and management to determine root cause. In addition, responsibilities include providing timely and accurate notifications, status updates, system availability, and closure reports. The Problem Coordinator provides instruction and guidance to less senior team members on new tasks. The Problem Coordinator may provide direction and manage team in supervisor's absence and participates in providing performance feedback to team members.
