Virtual Coordinator

This is a remote position.

A Virtual Coordinator must be passionate about travel and the endless opportunities it brings to bridge history, cultures, and cuisine. Successful Coordinators must have a strong sales drive, organizational skills with an eye for detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, demonstrated proficiency in navigating computers and various programs must possess good written and oral communication skills, and the ability and interest to be in a continuous learning curve.

Role Description: 

• Arrange Cruise Travel for vacations, honeymoons, weddings, and more 
  

• Determine customer's needs and preferences, such as schedules, costs, and payment plans 
  

• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips. 
  

• Book reservations for travel, hotel, flights, rental cars, special events, and honeymoons
