- This position will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Flight Training & Standards Management Staff.
What youll do - Interacts professionally in a service-culture environment while assisting with training administrative and personnel matters
- Answers phones, general questions and assists with walk-in traffic
- Assist Fleet Training Managers with new Check Airman onboard tasking
- Track/manage/schedule new Check Airman training qualifications
- Schedule daily administrative tasks for departmental personnel
- Assist Fleet Training Managers with special projects
- Prepare Performance Review documentation for pilot trainees
- Track Check Airman sick, vacation, per dieum expenses
- Maintain working knowledge so as to provide support using Excell, Sharepoint, Word, Adobe, Acrobat, Powerpoint
All youll need for success Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- High School diploma or GED equivalency
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
- Prior employment as Admin within Flight, Flight Operations, Flight Training or Safety
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Minimum typing skill of 25 W.P.M.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office software and applications (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Teams) gained through either work experience with the software or education and hands-on use of the software
- Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable
- Successful candidate must be comfortable and adaptable to changes, in a health and safety COVID world. Candidate will be working in an environment where wearing a mask may be mandatory. Guidelines must be followed for social distancing, sanitization, health screenings, and personal protection equipment (PPE).
