The SH Front Offices are at the heart of every hotel, and our Residences staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide our residents with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self. We’re currently searching for a warm, welcoming temporary Residence Doorperson to come on board, someone who’s great at talking to just about anyone, and who prioritizes, above all, the needs of our residents and our partners. 

Inside Tip: Knowing a thing or two...or three about the history of Baccarat Residences to share with your guests will set you up for success.

About you...

• Passionate about guest service, enjoys physical work and has previous similar work experience.
• Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented. 
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation
• Luxury Hotel and Residential building is highly preferred.
• Ability to read, comprehend and interpret documents/instructions,correspondence and memos.
• Ability to communicate professionally in English, verbal and written Second language proficiency stronglypreferred.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently is required to stand for extended period.
• Ability to deal withproblems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
• Ability to interact, understand resident inquiries and provideresponses.
• Ability to work varying schedules including weekends, holidays, evening and overnight shifts to accommodate businessdemands.
• Ability to perform assignments with minimal supervision. The employee must be able lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
