Travel Coordinator Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Travel Coordinator. As a Travel Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, booking, and coordinating all travel arrangements for our employees and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Research and identify the best travel options (flights, hotels, transportation, etc.) for employees and clients
- Book and confirm travel arrangements, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with company travel policies
- Manage and maintain travel budgets and expenses
- Communicate travel itineraries and arrangements to travelers in a timely manner
- Provide assistance and support to travelers before, during, and after their trips
- Handle any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise
- Stay up-to-date on travel regulations, visa requirements, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel partners to negotiate discounts and deals

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Travel Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in using travel booking platforms and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Knowledge of travel regulations and safety protocols
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, or related field is preferred
