Wedding and Honeymoon Coordinator

We are looking for a professional, detail oriented individual to join us as a Remote Wedding and Honeymoon Coordinator.

You will need to research and book all wedding and honeymoon travel plans and accommodations as needed by your clients. The trip may include but not limited to hotel stay, car rental, flights, events and more.

You will need to stay up to date with specific certifications by different vendors, and suppliers to be able to book travel. Get familiar with different destinations, to help create an unforgettable experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle and process all hotel booking requests from clients through our proprietary platform.
2. Research and identify the best hotel options based on client preferences, budgets, and travel dates.
3. Negotiate rates and benefits with hotel vendors to ensure the most value-packed deals for our clients.
4. Maintain and update a comprehensive database of hotel partners, rates, and amenities.
5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving any booking-related issues promptly.
6. Coordinate with other team members to manage overlapping bookings or special requests.
7. Stay updated with hotel industry trends, new openings, and promotional offers.
8. Participate in regular training and professional development sessions
9. A high school diploma or GED equivalently.
10. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.  
11. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required.
