LocationOur West Campus is located at 2400 Gillionville Road, Albany, GA 31707. Our East Campus is located at 504 College Drive, Albany, GA 31705. The Human Resources office for both campuses is located on the West Campus in Building K, Suite 111.
Job Summary The Academic Planning (AP) Coordinator oversees the development and creation of each semester's schedule of classes and performs complex analysis and reporting functions with institution-wide effect on FTE projection and forecasting. The AP Coordinator holds primary responsibility for academic scheduling and actively balances the needs of a wide range of university constituents to ensure that academic functions, including lecture and lab courses, remediating and skills labs, and other academic obligations are scheduled in suitable venues to provide the appropriate student learning environment and maximize university resources. This position is responsible for utilizing the student information system (SIS) and other software to collect, visualize, interpret, and report on scheduling and enrollment data. This position provides consultative support and training to schedule entry system users to enhance the accuracy of the class schedule. The AP Coordinator Provides final schedule review for accuracy and efficiency before publication and registration. ResponsibilitiesBachelor’s Degree
