What’s next for you? This great job. We’re seeking an Accounting Administrative Assistant to work at one of our largest key accounts in the automotive industry in Raymond, OH.
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
Pay: $27.45/hr

What will you be doing as an Accounting Administrative Assistant?
May perform meeting planning, preparation of documents, or basic coordination of tasksMay coordinate division schedules for planning purposes.
Will gather and/or analyze data and prepare standard reports with information necessary for decision making.
Will collect and compile records and documentation in an organized manner and file as appropriate. Ability to perform basic knowledge retention skills through development of SharePoint systems required. Attention to detail/accuracy.
Ability to support department specific needs as described in job requested based on specialty.
Required Skills:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting
A minimum of 1+ year on the job experience
Associate’s Degree level reading, communication, math and problem solving skills
Skilled with SAP, Microsoft Office Programs; Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing to perform administrative support work
