ACHIEVE Program Coordinator

Job Description Summary:

As ACHIEVE Coordinator: Collaborate with the ACHIEVE Program Director to assist in managing, implementing and assessing the ACHIEVE program. Present ACHIEVE Course content. This position will interface with SBA students, faculty, the undergraduate coordinator and the SBA Dean and Associate Dean, as well as alumni and the business community. Support Internship Coordinator by communicated internship opportunities to SBA students, share resources, and promote events which encourage and prepare SBA students to pursue internships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Previous professional work experience in career services, secondary education, or human resources required.
• Demonstrated ability to set goals, facilitate, manage and assess programs.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation, organization, multi-tasking and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with a diverse student, faculty and staff population, as well as with a broad range of employers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with others.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of internship process.
• High School or Collegiate teaching experience.
• Masters degree.
