Job Description - Administration and Compliance Manager

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Administration and Compliance Manager to join our team during an exciting period of growth. In this newly created role, you will oversee all administrative aspects of our organization, playing a pivotal role in shaping our strategies and ensuring compliance with federal and partner requirements. Reporting to the Vice President of Finance and Administration, you will lead a team and collaborate closely with various departments to streamline processes and optimize our operations. Key Responsibilities: Compliance: Develop and implement strategies to ensure compliance with federal and partner requirements.
Oversee staff duties related to gap analyses, review of funding guidance, and terms and conditions of partner agreements.
Serve as a subject matter expert on relevant regulations and recommend policy changes as needed.
Monitor compliance tasks and serve as the administrator for key platforms.
Human Resources: Refine HR policies and procedures, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
Conduct annual compensation analysis and support employee relations efforts.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes, ensuring data integrity and employee engagement.
Facilities: Lead campus improvement projects, including solar and stormwater initiatives.
Manage day-to-day operations of the building and property, ensuring smooth functionality.
Coordinate with vendors and oversee maintenance tasks to uphold organizational standards.
Systems: Set strategy for departmental systems and explore opportunities for improvement.
Oversee troubleshooting and training efforts related to grant-making software.
Evaluate and recommend new software solutions to enhance efficiency.
IT Support: Define and manage IT strategy, policies, and procedures.
Provide application support and identify opportunities for automation and integration.
Manage vendor contracts and oversee technology equipment procurement.
Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field, with at least five years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of not-for-profit practices and regulations is preferred.
Familiarity with 2 CFR 200 and other OMB regulations is an advantage.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality.
Salary and Benefits: Competitive salary range of $90,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience.
