BCBA - Board Certified Behavior Analyst - Clinical Director

Base Salary Range:  around $80,000 depending on experience + lucrative center performance bonus  paid quarterly!

This is a leadership position - join our team as a Clinical Director: Lead Center Management, Cultivate Culture, and Drive Clinical Excellence!

Your Role as a Clinical Director at BlueSprig

As a Clinical Director, you will serve as an integral part of the center leadership:

• Oversee and manage Clinical Supervisors to ensure highest clinical quality of services
• Evaluate center's clinical capacity and promote center growth
• Oversee implementation of treatment plans of all clients in the center
• Provide clinical oversight to clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
• Collaborate with families and clinical team to create individualized treatment plans
• Conduct and oversee functional analysis, intake, and progress assessments
• Support staff, clients, and families to ensure client success
• Implement and supervise behavior acquisition and reduction procedures
• Mentor and lead teams of BCBAs and RBTs working with clients
• Participate in selection process of growing the BCBA team
