Job Summary:

As a dedicated Leave and Benefits Management Specialist at Gonzaga, you play a pivotal role in fostering an environment where our employees thrive. You will expertly navigate and administer leave programs, including FMLA and ADA , ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The full internal range is $61,925-$83,780

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of leaves or benefits experience.
• In place of Bachelor's degree, direct experience working with benefit and leaves programs can offset education requirement on a year for year basis.
