Job Description - Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator

Pay Range: $25-$30 per hour based on experience.

What’s a typical day as a bilingual human resources coordinator? You’ll be:

  • Acting as the primary bilingual Spanish support representative for the Human Resources department

  • Performing data entry for monthly enrollments and termination of employee benefit programs

  • Administering employee status changes

  • Maintaining personnel records in compliance with legal requirements

  • Completing monthly new hire reporting requirements

  • Managing verification of employment with external vendor

  • Updating HR processes and procedures as directed

  • Preparing unemployment claims and distributing reports as requested

  • Performing miscellaneous clerical functions and special projects as assigned

  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and confidentiality

  • Acting as an ambassador of safety by promoting and enforcing a safety culture
