What’s a typical day as a IT Support Specialist like? You will:
- Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps.
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Improves system performance or process flow by identifying problems and recommending changes.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and maintaining personal networks.
This might be an outstanding fit if you:
- Must be bilingual- Mandarin Chinese/English
- Hold an Associates or Bachelor in a related field is preferred)- Diploma or GED required.
- 1- 2 years of applicable working experience is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated and have strong work ethics to complete tasks.
- Adhere to stringent schedules.
- Work independently and efficiently after adequate training
- Take initiative to seek guidance when undertaking unfamiliar challenges.
- Be able to communicate effectively with ANY team member remotely or in-person to escalate resource conflicts, update progress, and summarize conclusions.
