Shift Option Days: Tuesday – Saturday OR Sunday – Thursday
Shift Option Time: 5:50AM – 3:00PM OR 10:00AM – 7:00PM
PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST:
Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to provide exceptional client service
Obtain and enter accurate customer information into the reservation system
Utilize carious software programs
Provide customers with information on the services we provide and assist them as needed
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST:
High School diploma or equivalent.
3+ years of work-related experience in customer support environment
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to promote teamwork and cooperation
Time management and multi-tasking skills
SKILLS & ABILITIES FOR THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT SPECIALIST:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding Customer Service skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
High sense of urgency and adaptability
Ability to multitask effectively
Willingness to learn our industry and systems
MSOffice Suite Proficient
