Job Description - Chief Human Resources Officer

Role Overview We are seeking a Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to join our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will drive our human resource strategy in alignment with our business goals. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will spearhead initiatives in talent management, recruiting, performance assessment, communications, training, and compensation, ensuring that our organizational culture and strategy thrive harmoniously. Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to address key organizational priorities including culture, talent development, and succession planning.
Lead and mentor a dedicated HR and administrative team, overseeing operations across multiple office locations.
Develop and implement HR initiatives that embody our mission, vision, and values, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Strategically align talent strategies with overall business objectives, supporting scalability and organizational effectiveness.
Drive dynamic talent acquisition and management processes to optimize recruitment and retention efforts.
Champion employee engagement initiatives to enhance our workplace culture and employee experience.
Collaborate with leadership to evolve and reinforce our company culture in support of strategic objectives.
Stay abreast of HR laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR functions.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications Proven experience as a senior HR leader, preferably in a scaling business environment.
Expertise in organizational design, talent management, and change management.
Familiarity with private equity and M&A integration processes is advantageous.
Strong business acumen with the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
Bachelor's degree required; MBA or HR-related degree preferred.

Compensation Final compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits may include discretionary bonuses, healthcare plans, and 401(k) contributions.
