Chief Program Officer

As the Chief Program Officer, you will be at the forefront of our mission, overseeing all aspects of service delivery within our broad continuum of care. Reporting directly to the President & CEO, you'll partner with senior leaders across the organization to drive strategic initiatives, ensure operational excellence, and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.

• Unite teams and drive strategic initiatives with proven leadership skills, fostering a collaborative work environment that enhances trust and transparency, while leading by example to cultivate a culture of employee satisfaction and shared purpose.

• Collaborate closely with service leaders to drive and enhance the financial performance of all service lines, ensuring financial strategies align with service excellence and organizational sustainability.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive workplace environment that values humility and curiosity.
• Oversee our continuum of services, balancing service excellence with fiscal sustainability, and utilizing data-driven decision-making for accountability and performance optimization.
• Drive sustainable growth through innovative program development, embracing research-based ideas and systems for continuous improvement.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders, including clients, families, community partners, and funders, to build strong relationships and enhance the organization's impact.

• Extensive executive leadership experience overseeing a broad continuum of services
• Proven track record of successful organizational development, management, and strong financial leadership required.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills and ability to effectively collaborate with executive and senior leadership, board of directors, employees, people served, and external parties required.
• Demonstrated high-level oversight of clinical methodologies and approaches in service delivery,
• Master’s Degree or equivalent in Health & Human Services or related field required. Clinical license preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
