Job Summary
Under the general direction of the Total Rewards Manager, the Compensation Analyst assists in the development, implementation, and administration of compensation programs for UofL Health. The Compensation Analyst will ensure compensation programs and practices are consistent, competitive, and comply with state and federal regulations.
• Conducts job evaluations/market pricing regarding incumbent pay decisions
• Evaluates positions using standard job evaluation techniques
• Conducts internal and external equity analysis and prepares budgetary analysis and considerations
• Works with HR Operations to ensure updates regarding compensation related to HR data in Human Resources Information System (HRIS) systems
• Provides guidance on the interpretation of compensation program guidelines
• Provides support for any merger- or acquisition-related compensation program transition within the Louisville market
• Reviews and recommends changes to compensation policies and procedures
• Provides support to other analysts as needed
• Complies with HIPAA privacy and security requirements to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Maintains compliance with all company policies, procedures and standards of conduct
• Performs other duties as assigned
Education Required:
• Bachelor’s Degree with concentration in Human Resources, Business, or Finance (required)
Experience Required:
• Must have minimum of two (2) years of experience in compensation (required)
